Why this exists
Nobody warns you that owning a business can be lonely. You're the person who sees the whole thing — the numbers, the fear, the decision nobody else is qualified to make. Everyone around you sees a slice of it. Nobody sees all of it.
So Fridays, we sit down with people who do.
What it is
No agenda. No speaker, no name tags, nobody going round the table saying what they do (unless you want to). Just an informal hour or two chatting & enjoying a hot cuppa at Cafe Noa on a Friday morning. Bring your questions or expertise, your business cards to share around and most importantly your happy vibes.
Some Fridays it's two of us. Some Fridays it's twelve. I still show up either way...cos I love the Tahitian raw fish here.
Two kinds of people come
Owners, who spend most of the week being the only person who can see the whole business at once. And people who haven't started yet — who have the idea, the fear, and a list of questions they don't know who to ask.
Both belong here. The second group is a large part of why the first group is worth sitting down with.
